Its personal. The Executive Leaders’ mandate continues to be weighty in delivering organization goals regardless of economic turbulence and uncertainty. In such times peers are often equally occupied with navigating their own uncharted waters with its unique and evolving leadership challenges. Despite this, growth and transformation remain essential to personal well-being and effectiveness and ultimately to business continuity and facing the future with confidence.

BCA Zambia is offering an exclusive program designed for leaders to connect with executive peers to do just this: think ahead of business landscape scenarios and consider how to build the mental, psychological and leadership resilience with strategic foresight. This program addresses selective topics that direct leaders to being purposeful, adopting systems thinking in increasingly complex environments, garnering psychological resources to be fully present as a leader a rapidly evolving blended workplace and digital world.

The program is designed for provocative discussion, effective reflection, resolving business challenges and decision-making through peer support, and self-challenge and growth. Every session includes an opportunity to set accountability goals.

 

What does the program include?

  • Four Quarterly in-person sessions (2.5h) hosting a selective guest speaker

  • Three virtual sessions (1.5h) with recognized speakers

  • One leadership assessment conducted by Africa Zanga Metrics

  • One on-boarding coaching session

  • Three 1:1 Executive Leadership coaching sessions

How the Program is designed

 

The Transformation Leadership Program for Executive is structured to provide a dynamic and engaging learning experience, blending in-person and virtual sessions with individualized coaching and interactive tools. Here's how the program unfolds:

Interactive Sessions with Expert Speakers

Quarterly in-person sessions (2.5 hours) featuring distinguished guest speakers who share insights on relevant topics such as digital transformation, psychological safety, and team resonance.

Three virtual sessions (1.5 hours each) providing flexible opportunities to explore cutting-edge leadership practices.

 

Individualized Leadership Development

A Zanga Metrics leadership assessment, designed for African leaders but recognized globally, identifies your strengths and growth areas.

Four 1:1 coaching sessions with experienced executive coaches to personalize your learning and accelerate your transformation.

 

Blended Learning Model & Practical Application & Accountability
A mix of face-to-face engagements and online interactions ensures that you gain comprehensive knowledge while maintaining the flexibility needed for a busy executive lifestyle. Each session includes opportunities to set actionable goals, fostering accountability and continuous growth throughout the program.

 

Supplementary Learning Tools
