

BCA Leadership Transformation Program

This 10-month program provides leaders with a transformative journey, encouraging introspection of their past and inner selves to enhance their leadership brand. It emphasizes the essence of "BEING" in leadership to improve effectiveness in the "DOING." Each leader's unique experiences are embraced for authentic and accountable application, focusing on well-being and centeredness. Through training, mentorship, coaching, assessments, and actionable insights, you'll learn to lead yourself and others with clarity, purpose, and influence.

How the Program is designed
The program commences with a leadership assessment to help you understand your unique leadership profile against several metrics. The culturally and contextually appropriate Zanga Metrics Assessment will provide a foundation for you to consider your personal growth and development plan;

An individualized onboarding coaching session helps you establish your desired outcomes from the program;

You will embark on an engaging collective and personal journey of self-leadership as you work mindfully towards both personal and professional development. This journey includes a mix of both in-person group sessions and individual coaching sessions;

Each month we will explore a topic as a group with a guest speaker. The monthly group sessions will provide provocative and insightful perspectives on a subject matter, open for discussion and undertake practical application through peer coaching;

Individual coaching sessions within the program give you the opportunity to tackle your personal leadership issues.

Adult learning theory posits that adults are more motivated to learn when they see the direct benefit of the learning material to their personal or professional life – in summary the ‘WHY’ of the transformative experience. The benefits of this program include helping you to navigate past, present and future complexities with resilience and vision, while transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.
Program content
This is held once a month on a Friday afternoon. It offers a minimum of 28 hours of contact time though a mix of the following:

Topical growth through the diverse subject matter provocateurs;

Corroborative learning through per-session prep work, follow-action points from sessions and working alongside Accountability Partners;

Resolving business challenges along a peer board of leaders to enhance decision-making;

A mix of workshop style practical sessions and topical peer group coaching sessions to enhance your decision-making

Effective reflective practice and accountability;

Investment

Conditions

To secure your spot make a non-refundable deposit of 20% by December 20th, 2024. An additional 40% needs to be paid before 31st January 2025. The final payment of 40% needs to be paid before March 28th, 2025. Deposits are non-refundable after the commencement of the program.

This is an in-person leadership program with session dates provided in advance to plan attendance. Sessions require full engagement and confidentiality. Sessions are therefore not recorded. No reimbursement or compensation will be provided for missed sessions.

Except in emergency situations, there is a 24-hour cancellation requirement for individual coaching sessions. Cancellations of less than 24 hours' notice, will be considered as attended. An individual coaching session can only be postponed once by the client
