About Us
Miriam von Borcke Matutu is a Leadership, Cross-Cultural, and Transformation Coach with over 20 years of international experience working across cultures, sectors, and leadership contexts. Having lived and worked in Zambia for many years, including serving as Country Director of an international NGO and as a Board Member of an international school, she brings deep insight into intercultural dynamics and the human side of change, as well as experience working with leaders and institutions navigating complexity, cultural diversity, and change.
Her work sits at the intersection of leadership development, cultural awareness, and inner capacity building. Miriam supports individuals, leaders, and teams to deepen self-awareness, navigate complexity, and move from reactive patterns toward more conscious and intentional ways of leading and living. Through coaching and facilitation, she helps people strengthen clarity, resilience, and their ability to engage constructively across cultures.
