A Leadership Program for This Moment
Leadership in Zambia is evolving. The demands on senior leaders are rising - greater complexity, diverse teams, shifting cultural expectations, and increasing pressure to deliver results while sustaining people and organizations alike. The Inspirational Leadership Legacy Program (TLP 2026) provides a shared platform with other future-oriented leaders for open self-introspection, self-challenge, growth, legacy crafting and honest support. This intentionally different program with the African leaders in mind runs from February to November 2026 honoring the cultural, organizational, and relational contexts that shape leadership on our continent.

Program Structure
The program includes four interconnected components, designed to create a single, cohesive learning arc:

Crucial Leadership Conversations (CLC): with influential Zambian leaders. Schedule: Tuesday evenings (Monthly 1,5h Webinar, February–November)

In-Person Peer Learning Sessions (PLS): Facilitated group sessions for collective reflection, problem analysis and resolution. Last Friday of each month (8 sessions of 2h each. March–October, excluding July). At Protea Tower, Lusaka. Facilitator: Daisy Kopolo, Executive Leadership Coach

Online Self-Paced Leadership Curriculum (8 Modules) (OM): Each module covers a key leadership theme guided though conceptual frameworks, guided reflections, and practical tools.

Individual Leadership Coaching (ILC): To integrate insights and shift patterns in support of personal growth needs. 3 online sessions of 1h each. Coach: Miriam von Borcke Matutu, Transformation & Leadership Coach.

To secure your place in the program proof of payment is to be sent before February 17th 2026. Payment plans are available for full payment by end May 2026, subject to a minimum, non-refundable deposit of 50%. Deposits become non-refundable once the program has commenced.
